I do not live in the
City of Saginaw, may I still check out materials?
Yes, you may still check out materials,
but you will need to pay an annual $15.00 non-resident fee (check or cash
only). Library membership is FREE to Saginaw residents, land owners, business owners
and EMS-ISD teachers and librarians. The Saginaw Public Library is participating in the
TXShare Card Program.

Does the Library have
computers with Internet access and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Access)? Yes, the Library has 12 computers: 10 public computers available with
internet access and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access),
1 computer with access to Microsoft Word and a USB connection (without
internet), and 1 computer for ESL/Rosetta Stone software. If you have a
library card, you may go up to any computer and log-in with your library
card number. If you are a visitor, you may request a daily guest pass. All
computer users will be asked when logging in to agree to the Library's
Internet/Computer Use Policy
form in order to use
the computers.
- May I print a
document in color off of the computers?
Yes, the Library has color printers.
Printing is 25 cents a page.
- I need to send a fax.
Does the Library have a Fax Machine I can use?
Yes, the Library has a Fax machine for the public to use. Local faxes cost
$1.00 per page and long-distance faxes are $2.00 per page.
- I need to make some
copies of a document. Does the Library have a Copy Machine I can use?
Yes, the Library has a black/white Copy Machine. Copies are 20 cents per
page.
- Are Tax Forms available
inside the Library? Yes, Tax
Forms are available inside the Library where the magazines are located.
